--I charge $50 an hour, with a minimum of $150 charged per job.  

--If the job will require more than 1 day, I will bid the job to give you an idea of how much it will be, an estimate.  I tend to overbid as not to give you any surprises.  Ultimately, I charge hourly.  This protects me from any surprises that I may encounter, if I come in under the bid, which often happens, you will only be charged for work performed, period.

--There will also be a charge for materials used and any trips to the hardware store and dump. 

--I start the clock when I leave my house and stop the clock when I leave your house.

--Payroll time will be calculated rounding to the nearest 15 minute increment.

--Jobs that are longer than a week I will get paid weekly until job is finished.
